Ever wanted to be in more than one place at a time? That’s right, I’m talking about the super-human abilities that can be gained by those who follow the protocol for what’s known as sun-gazing, a valid practice recently confirmed by NASA. Many proponents of this ancient technique, used by many cultures such as Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec, Tibetan and Indian yoga, report not only healing benefits to common illnesses, but obtaining super-human abilities such as advanced telepathy and going completely without the need for food.
What is Sun Gazing?
Sun gazing (also known as sun-eating) is a strict practice of gradually introducing sunlight into your eyes at the lowest ultraviolet-index times of day – sunrise and sunset. Those who teach the practice say there are several rules to the practice. First, it must be done within the hour after sunrise or before sunset to avoid damaging the eyes. Second, you must be barefoot, in contact with the actual earth – sand, dirt or mud; and finally, you must begin with only 10 seconds the first day, increasing by 10 second intervals each day you practice. Following these rules make the practice safe, says sources.
Nikolai Dolgoruky of the Ukraine calls himself a ‘sun-eater’. He has been practicing sun gazing for the past 12 years and has largely subsisted off solar energy since he began. Others have reported losing the need for food after only 9 months of sun gazing (by which time the practitioner has worked up to a maximum of 44 minutes). After 9 months of practice, you need only walk barefoot on the earth for 45 minutes per day, 6 days in a row to further the process of what has been initiated by sun gazing.
Sun-gazing is a practice also called the HRM phenomenom, coined as such after Hira Ratan Manek, the man who submitted himself to NASA for scientific testing to confirm that he does indeed possess the almost ‘super-human’ ability of not eating, gained through his dedication to this interesting marvel. Funded by NASA, a team of medical doctors at the University of Pennsylvania observed Hira 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 100 days. NASA confirmed that he was indeed able to survive largely on light with occasionally a small amount of buttermilk or water during this time.
What happens to the body during Sun Gazing?
During your first 3 months of practice, the suns energy is moving through the eyes and charging the hypothalamus tract, says those who have studied this technique and used it. The hypothalamus tract is the pathway to the rear of the retina which leads to the brain. The brain then, over time, becomes activated by the energy supply being received by the sun. You will first experience a relief of mental tension and worry, since most worry is fueled by the energy received by the foods we eat. Since food gets it’s energy from the sun, it is said to be readily available to sun-eaters without the trouble of digestion. Though hunger is said to eventually cease, it is fine to continue eating regularly during initial stages, until appetite disappears naturally.
Another benefit early on is said to be an increase in confidence and an ability to easily solve your problems, as you are without tension. Everyone has at least a bit of psychosis, but during the first few months of sun gazing practice, it is reported that these attitudes go away and a positive nature gracefully replaces the old persona full of fears. By the end of 3 months, the gazing time will have increased to 15 minutes per day.
Reports on sun gazing say that the bad qualities normally associated with any person will gradually disappear and good qualities will remain, explaining that ‘bad qualities’ only develop in the absence of sunlight. Bad qualities like anger, fear, jealousy, lust – are said to disappear – and be replaced by a certain confidence and ‘spiritual knowing’ that senses more purely the heart of an issue.
At 3-6 months of gazing, the studies show that physical diseases start to disappear. They say that by the time one is gazing 30 minutes per day (building up 10 seconds per day) all the colors of the sun will have reached the brain. Color therapists attribute their healing of certain diseases to flooding the body and brain with the particular color that is lacking – depending on the ailment. For example, in liver disease, the color green is deficient. The kidneys need red, and the heart, yellow. All of the organs and all of the systems are said to respond to different colors of the rainbow, which is why it is also recommended to eat a diet rich in a variety of colors. It is recommended during the 3-4 month period that you use autosuggestion to see your body already healed of any perceived weakness or disease. This action will facilitate the process of returning to wholeness.
As you continue the process, it is reported that after 6 months, the energy stored from the technique is no longer being used for repairing the body or the mind and can move now into supporting you in gaining more super-human abilities.
What’s Beyond Healing?
By seven and a half months of gazing, now at 35 minutes, need and desire for food is dwindling. According to sun gazing experts, food is not actually needed to maintain the body, only energy – and ‘sun-eating’ provides that energy. By 9 months, all taste for food, including aroma, all hunger pains and cravings disappear. Those who make it this far say that they report a noticeable ’change’ in the way their brain feels – like it’s “charged up.” After 9 months of sun-gazing – reaching a maximum of 44 minutes – it is advised that you give up sun-gazing and redirect your attention now to the Earth.
For 6 days straight, one is to walk barefoot on the earth, 45 minutes per day. During this barefoot walking, the pineal gland is said to become activated. Professional sun gazers and those researching the science say that each toe is connected to a specific gland, and by walking barefoot on the Earth, you activate these glands. The big toe is thought to be aligned with the pineal gland, the second toe with the pituitary, then the hypothalamus, thalamus and finally the pinky toe correlates to the amygdala. Walking barefoot, with the sun now falling on the top of your head, practitioners claim to create a sort of magnetic field in and around your body that recharges you and your brain.
Apparently this walking barefoot part is the most important aspect of the practice. As you continue walking on the Earth, this is when the magic really begins. The pineal gland is activated more and more by this walking procedure. Intellect is said to increase, along with memory. The pineal gland has navigational and psychic capabilities, meaning telepathy, the possibility of flight… now we are getting somewhere! Have you ever thought you would like to have your body in more than one place at a time? Well, sun-gazing is said to be the magical key to such abilities.
If you can barefoot walk 45 minutes every day for a year – you are golden. At that point, only a maintenance of 3-4 days a week is necessary to maintain the capabilities you have acquired.
Are there any dangers?
Doctors and eye care professionals caution against looking directly at the sun, saying that it will damage the retina. However, if done correctly, sun-gazing at the correct times of day, studies show there is no risk of damaging the eyes. Those who have been sun gazing for many years have had their eyes checked to show no damage, though it is advised that you have your eyes checked in the first few weeks of your practice, so you can know for yourself.
To sum it all up…
Remember, it’s 10 seconds the first day, at sunrise or sunset, adding 10 seconds per day each day there after. After 90 days of accumulative gazing equaling 44 minutes, you cease the gazing and start the barefoot walking 45 minutes per day for 6 days. At this point, I could imagine, hey – if you made it this far, what’s a year of barefoot walking an hour per day to keep it all? You will have to try it out and see for yourself.
If you are really interested in gaining super-human abilities, confirmed by reputable organizations like NASA, as the ones mentioned above, sun gazing sounds like a fairly straightforward path to enlightenment. ReplyDeletewhy don't you just try it?
DeleteI also heard from N.A.S.A. smoking crack makes you not want food and gives you energy. Why don't you just try it?
DeleteThey won't officially release evidence BECAUSE they don't want people to think this is true. Join the rest of the heard and be a drone why don't you
DeleteAgreed! Did a search on "nasa study on sun gazing" and nada.
ReplyDeleteHRM doesnt tell the entire truth. Watch the movie, "Eat the Sun" - I'm not saying that sungazing doesn't have it's benefits (I personally feel fantastic after doing it), but just like every other spiritual "Magic silver bullet", it has its unspoken downsides as well. The man who was being followed in Eat the Sun ended with burns on his cornea, and he followed the protocol to a tee. Pictures were taken of HRM eating in a cafe. He lied about it upon being caught. Then he apologized later on. He said that he eats when he feels called to, and he didnt want to spill the beans on his eating for fear of backlash against sungazing.
ReplyDeleteI have nothing against the practice of sungazing, but I find it irresponsible to just recite how awesome it is without performing valid research.
Yeah that's cause his eyeballs were eating the sun as well. Lol.
DeleteHard as hell not to look directly at the sun . Feels great regardless of the claims . I've read a lot about the benefits , and they don't make grow lights for nothing .
ReplyDeleteIf you stare at the sun long enough, you might be able to get a glimpse of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. And cause irreparable damage to your eyes. Definitely worth trying. Thanks, Internet!
ReplyDeleteis that u lynch
Delete?!?!?!?!
yes son!
DeleteLynch?
DeleteExtraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence... Try reading Why People Believe Weird Things by Michael Shermer
ReplyDeleteIt will severely damage your eyes, do NOT try it. You can see that it's pure idiocy even by the style - "Following these rules make the practice safe, says sources." Says sources? Well that's very scientific then... The NASA confirmed it? What the HELL does the NASA do with eyesight research? It's either a malicious troll torturing the gullible, or just someone with an immensely sub-par intelligence.
ReplyDeletethis guy just want you to be a lame human all your life, DO IT and yo will find a better way to live, dont listen to this illuminatti who only wnat you to be a lowe minded human
DeleteSays the guy who cannot spell...
DeleteI looked directly at the sun many many times in the middle of the day with no problems whatsoever. It was not easy and I had to condition myself to do it but I have great 20/20 vision and I don't believe a whit of the crap put out about it. You can look at the sun if your not a timid little fearmonger.
DeleteThis used to work for me as a kid. Explains why adults wear clothes, hats, sunglasses, shoes, sip tea and remain ignorant.
ReplyDeletePopulation control.
I don't recommend anyone uses this to substitute it for a healthy diet. Our bodies have evolved with the need to convert physical matter into energy. We evolved to have a digestive system for a reason. It would be a biological catastrophe to starve your bodies of the imperative nutrients for extended periods of time. Organ shutdown 101.
It's like filling a petrol tank with electricity. If it's not designed for it then it doesn't work. That's why they suggest a long time to adapt into this sungazing practice.

No sources taught me this but here is a great trick to strengthening your brain.
Like a bicep you lift weights your arms become stronger. Can't lift weights with your brain but you can tense and release to strengthen the muscle.
Try it out pass it on.
Here's a thought! How's about all you Nay Sayers TRY IT FOR YOURSELF? It's already been "approved" by NASA...(and for the person who supposedly did a search and didn't find anything on the NASA site? Try a different search, dork.) LISTEN, peeps...you NEED to at least TRY and open your little tiny brains up to the idea that there is more to your "life" here than sports, sex, cars and clothes!!!! As in, WAAAAAAY more. You, and all the massive amounts of people just like you, center your existence around saying "oh NO WAY"....."can't be done!!"....."isn't possible!!"....."you believe THAT?" And on and on and onnnnnn you go. You need to put your FEAR on the back burner for a few minutes, and TRY SOMETHING NEW.....You might actually end up AMAZED at how much you've been missing. Those of us who KNOW BETTER THAN YOU DO? We are patiently waiting for you to CATCH UP. OK sorry of that was condescending, but hot damn man!! Come ON!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt seems like if you are doing it,you might need to do it for your anger and bitterness. Read your paragraph and see how you demean other people.
Deletedouche, there's nothing on the nasa website that supports anything this post is saying,so unless you know of a website that has more facts posted about nasa than nasa's own website (hope you can see my sarcasm), you're just as dumb as the fool that posted this far fetched story... but please, try it, you'll probably lose your eyesight which will prevent you from posting anything else and save us all from reading your crap.. peace out mofo'
Delete"and for the person who supposedly did a search and didn't find anything on the NASA site? Try a different search, dork."
DeleteNot a solid defense. First, the poster included the term "NASA" in their search, so they were likely searching on Google rather than the NASA site itself, which would have turned up any results. Second, just suggesting "try a different search" is totally unhelpful. If you have done a search and actually found the original NASA study or something close to it, you'd do a lot better to just share the link to that.

ReplyDeleteSun gazing performed at the right time of day & year will not damage the eyes. There is an intelligent protocol to follow. You don't just look at the sun for 45 minutes straight off; just as you would not lie in the midday summer sun for 45 minutes after no previous exposure.
Sunspots were observed long before telescopes were invented by people gazing at the sun just before dusk & just after dawn. I have been practising sun gazing over the past few years and can assure you that I am not blind.

DeleteRobin... I'm all for having an open mind. Be careful not to let your brain fall out, though.
ReplyDeleteBrain never falls out from an open mind. it falls out from an open skull.
Deletehuge difference.
So if this is "for real" and has been practiced by a few to many for a great number of years why isn't it well publicized to the masses? Telepathy, being in two places at one time, no need for food.............If this were real would not everybody be doing it and really why is there no legitimate sources cited except NASA, whom if you contacted would probably laugh at you ? Just saying
ReplyDeleteif u are unawakened and are unaware of the power and energies of the earth and between u then it is easy to shut down farfetched ideas.
DeleteSo why haven't I was witnessed an "enlightened" one flying yet? Sounds interesting but flying? C'mon!!! Would love to receive health benefits of this and save money! No more GMO's!
DeleteI can see why NASA would be checking out eye damage from the sun both on earth and in space because of the effects of space on the human body, ie our astronauts. I don't know about the not eating thing but I have stared at the sun, and after doing it for awhile I did notice an increase in my ability to focus and a much calmer mind.
ReplyDeleteI never looked at it like a thing. I just kind of did it randomly. the sun rise and the sun set are the best times. It lets me chill. Oh, and I wear eye glasses.
As far as NASA goes, did they do many studies or just the one? There is also a very good possibility this could have been a random variable and not conclusive in regards to everybody.
Hey superpowers sound fun. I don't think simply looking at the sun would allow many to gain special powers, I would have to think they would have to be incredibly enlightened individuals, or superman. :-)
I would be worried about getting the timing wrong!
ReplyDeletei'd be willing to try it, but if there was somebody around that already has been doing it for a long time. just in case ;)
ReplyDeletehow should I sgaze for 9 Month when in 6 of 9 Month it is cloudy?
ReplyDeletei also heard you can do it with eyes closed through your 3rd eye and crown chakra i also heard sunrise has the most concentration of pure oxigen from the plants known as prana and as i understand you can live of prana and its recommendable to go out at that time take fresh air walk under the sun bare foot hopefully is also practice to feed yourself with prana, the point is not to have to stop eating is more about counsiousness expansion and yes is true when you achieve some states of counsiousness you dont need food or water ...or anything!

ReplyDeleteDudes dudes dudes, you need to relax. I agree,I'm all for an open mind and shit but I'd really like to see some sourt of source for this because apparently you can burn your retina by staring at the sun. It sounds pretty appealing, seeing as how light is the source of energy for everything, basically plants capture the energy of light as a job. Plants that we eat to get that energy. I'm not saying no,this is stupid,I'm saying yeah, but don't get people's eyes burned out because of a personal opinion or shit.

ReplyDeleteIt's been a while since I ran into such a huge ego. Please, if you're going to torch anything, may it be your own house and no one or nothing else. xD
Deleteat the very least, the torching of this article is in order. Sungazing is not safe, and you WILL burn your eyes if you try this.

read this
I have mountains blocking sunrise and sunset from the perspective at my home.
ReplyDeletehmmmm.... may be worth trying. I have fibromyalgia and am willing to try anything that may help. Problem is walking for 45 mins is doable for me right now. Maybe I can try shorter periods and work my way up. But not sure I;d have stamina to walk in freezing weather!!
ReplyDeletePeople who believe this will end up burning their eyes useless.
ReplyDeletePlease remove and dement this article. This is putting people in danger of damaging their eyes for life. Very irresponsible. But I guess that's the internet for you..

ReplyDeleteI wouldnt call it smallminded to try to help people from damaging their eyes beyond repair so they wont be able to read or see detail.
DeleteYou, sir, is the one smallminded who thinks not of searching for truth in facts but would rather believe something because it makes you part of a special minority who are above the rest of man because you have this insight and courage to stand "alone", that the rest of us lack.
On the contrary, you are the one being fooled my friend. Unveil your eyes, and avert them from the sun. Lest ye be burned.
You're recommending people test this technique, which many experts suggest is dangerous, on their own eyes to see if it causes permanent damage. By the time they can tell, they'll already have damage that they'l have to live with for the rest of their lives.
DeleteActual scientific testing would be a lot better than a bunch of people experimenting with their own bodies.
Please Do NOT believe these Fuckwad morons who are trying t RUIN your eyesight.. Not a good look.. nor will you be able to Give anything a Good look once you've done this for long enough.. Nasa didn't confirm ANYTHING.. if they did then why is there no link to the NASA source? Link to a Reputable source or it didn't happen
ReplyDeleteThere are other and better , and healthier ways to reach enlightenment. Google John Hagelin, Meditate, drop the negativity of your thinking, be positive, optimistic. Remove negative people from your life. The sun is good for a tan but we need food, protien, etc. This sun gazing seems extreme. but commune with nature, and be purer in spirit. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteI find the replies to this article very amusing. I see many self-righteous people and their egotistical ramblings, attempting to dissuade others from a practice that they themselves deemed unsafe due to it's incongruity with their current paradigm.
ReplyDeleteThese folks repeatedly insult and demean those who are willing to believe in the possibility of those things described here. These people have become slaves to both ego and desire, wishing to fall into line to avoid being considered negatively by others. These people hold this desire so strongly that they attempt to impose it on the thinking of others.
Speak for yourselves my friends, leave behind the ridicule an insults and the world might become a more desirable place to live in for you.
I myself have spent many moments gazing into the sun when I was younger, I haven't done it in quite some time, but I do remember an incredibly enhanced clarity and feeling of comfort. Reading this article fills within me a desire to return to those practices that so gloriously filled my younger days.
"Arrogance is certainly no replacement for truth...."

The beauty of the soul is able to shine through its choice use of language. Thank you for the respect of another's language use as the gift of communication was collectively built, and should be collectively encouraged. Open-mindedness is a forgotten virtue. I agree with the ones of you who have said to try it out for yourself. Your individual perspective's engagement is every bit as valuable to understanding as the corporate whole's validation. Participate or choose not to. Your heart will tell you your truth's belief if you participate. Our world seems overly occupied with Plato's limited understanding. Justification, sources, credibility... who grants them their measure of weight? You do. Your perspective, your will.
This entire thing could seem like sun worship to some, or unhealthy to others... I will tell you, however, that any system that brings us back into the natural observation and synchronistic aspects of our environment is nothing but beneficial to humanity. Ethnocentrism... anthropocentrism.. humanity is now on a scale where we are directly shaping the universe - BUT we have yet to understand our relationship to it; our responsibility also to our own systems.
Thank you all for sharing your reservations and endorsements. The internets are an exciting place. :]}
Shalom.
That was simply one of the best responses to anything I have ever read.
DeletePeople here should not believe ANYTHING that NASA suggests.
ReplyDeleteYou don't post your sources and insult anyone who demands them.
ReplyDeleteWho knew you were Catholic?
lol very good point... but i remain neutral on this... sun gazing has positive effects that you wont comprehend until you feel it, but also negative effects that are obvious... this isnt the best human activity... people should try reading instead lol...
DeleteI tried this for a month or 2 daily, got up to about 10-12 mins of gazing at a time. My pineal began activating sooner than it says here. I could see my aura and stuff after like a month or more of gazing. Now i can easily see the aura off plants, trees, and many other objects. I also can quite easily tune into higher dimensions of consciousness, see entities, etc. Lately ive been doing sun charged water whenever i can, this also fills you with energy, and i have experienced a great drop in my overall appetite.
ReplyDeletewhat if I live in the north so we don't have sun most of the days in winter and should I really be walking barefoot on SNOW for an HOUR?
ReplyDeleteThis is actual fact, i have been sungazing for the past 9 months and now can jack off mentally. No need for any sort of touching from my hands, mother earth does it for me. I have been mentally ejaculating for several days and its awsome, im actually doing.............it.............right....NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. (calm face) I am now working on shit gazing, where you start gazing at a piece of shit (anyones or anythings will do). I have worked my way up to 4 minutes a day (dont want to go overboard), hopefully in the next few months I can experience the fullness of shit gazing and become enlightened. I will post more of my journey in weeks to come.
ReplyDeleteOh holyshit that was funny
DeleteHa ha ya want shit gazing. Just watch our GOV.
ReplyDeleteBut really to build up to 10 seconds A day without needing to take a shit''' could take years.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to automatically condemn or defend this idea, but I suspect the actual truth lies somewhere between the two. I would like to say that there are several (I'll use three) facts involved here that can be known:
ReplyDelete1) staring at the sun for too long will damage your eyes. Perhaps it is possible to gradually build up a resistance, but I do not know and so cannot say.
2) If there is an actual NASA report that's available online, I couldn't find it. On the other hand, not everything that official document that exists is available online.
3) The body needs food. It might be possible for the body to operate on energy derived from sunlight, but the body needs physical components for repair and maintenance. To suggest otherwise is to imply that the body is capable of converting energy into structured matter, similar to the operation of replicators on 'Star Trek'.
If I wanted to get nit-picky, I could go on.
All that said, however, power and maintenance are two different things. It might be legitimately possible to replace the need for food to power your body, and if done carefully and slowly it might even be possible to do so without severely damaging your eyes, and that remains a possibility regardless of whether there is an actual NASA study supporting this or not. I say don't knock it until you've tried it- but if wish to try it, proceed with caution and understand that you do so at your own risk.
Eeep! typo. "...not every official document that exists is available online." is how it should have read.
Delete1. you can look direct at sun in its lower horizon without damage. no problem the sun provides vitamins.
Delete2. no comment
3. your body CAN turn energy into matter. it does so in the process of growing and repairing holes . ever seen a human repair its skin as if by magic. yeah all the time.
4. if a tree can utilise sun energy to grow so tall why cant a mammal? we utilize skin to create vitamins. why are we sure food (mostly water) is what we need and not just vitamins and obviously water? origional food items would be fruit veg etc all water but yes vitamins. all of which ARE present in the sun as thats where we began life in a star somewhere.
Just my ten bob
Please understand that I am braving the snarky, arrogant, and often viscious waters of the bullshit artist to tell you that this story is complete bullshit. It wouldn't be an issue if I didn't picture people running off and staring at the sun for any length of time. If you are truly open minded you must realize that you are the sheep following the herd into the darkness without finding out the facts first.
ReplyDeleteYOU GUYS NEEDDAA LIFE, FIGHTING ABOUT AND ARTICLE. YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT DO IT. YOU LIKE IT TRY IT OUT. SIMPLE
ReplyDeleteAlthough I believe just about anything of natural order is of a healthy practice and that the universe is in fact, perfect in every way shape and form... I think we as writers have a certain responsibility when approaching such matters... HRM has in fact been found to be a con-man in that he has accepted high praise for false claim. Simple as that... I encourage people to watch a great documentary on the subject- "Eating The Sun" Where HRM is exposed eating at McDonalds, and one of his devoted followers is later diagnosed with severe cornea damage. We all have a voice... Lets use it responsibly.

ReplyDeleteIt's either in you or it's not. Follow what you know to be true. What other say here or elsewhere is pointless.
ReplyDeleteheey,, vryone. i Hhave ben dooing this 4 a wile now n I cane now farrt gelly beens
ReplyDeletewhy isnt this on the nasa website if this has been confirmed by them? i went to nasa.gov and searched their site for sun gazing, nothing of the sort is on there. not saying that it couldnt be possible, but there is nothing backing up this article.
ReplyDeleteIt's astonishing to me those that immediately turn to doubt when such phenomena is presented. "Plato: The Allegory of the Cave, from The Republic" is a great example of the current human condition. For those who doubt, I would ask of you to do it based on my own experience and growth from sun gazing. Don't let the people watching the shadows keep you in the dark.

ReplyDeleteYou guys used to publish cool things, now it's just complete crap and rubbish like this which will probably cause people to go blind if they do this.
ReplyDeleteWhether this is possible or not, the human body was designed with a stomach and intestines and therefore designed to EAT. I'll stick to eating thank you!
ReplyDeleteIs this the kind of thing NASA would want you to know?
ReplyDeleteSurely I tell you, God lives. This sun gazing is done out of ignorance. If a person dies without receiving Christ he/she will go to hell because we all have sinned(lie, steal, committed adultery etc)

I am a Light Worker as well as a Christian... If you feel or believe that gazing into these spiritual bodies are going to harm you or go against your spiritual practice.. I ask you to take a closer look at the programing that you are doing not only to your minds, but your inner spirit, through movies, tv, and all forms of music....
ReplyDeleteWhen I first began my spiritual path it was natural to Sun gaze. In the fast track of life I have gotten away from it... I am happy to have adventure across this page and will restart my GAZING,,,,
THANK YOU ALL, BLESSINGS
Just when you think people can't get any more stupid, God bless 'em, they come up with something like this. Bravo. Be sure to dash right out, all, and start this practice. Incidentally, as a Past Master of a large Masonic lodge, I will tell you all that there is NOTHING ANYWHERE in the Masonic teachings in which anyone is told anything like gazing into a star, let alone the sun. This is all just a bullshit scam, folks, don't fall for any of it.
ReplyDeleteIf u are a bodybuilder, can u still be able to gain big muscles, from sungazing if u are living without food.
ReplyDelete^^ that's my only concern. I am very interested in sun gazing and I feel like proteins are essential for muscle gains and athleticism. Therefore I would probably continue to eat throughout my sun gazing, regardless of appetite, in order to keep my weight up.
ReplyDeleteok, so after about a month of shit gazing, and increasing by an interval of one minute per day, i in fact, havent developed anything. In fact i think i have been walking around shitting my pants for the past two weeks..............................
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing wrong with being skeptical, I wonder how many of you are Taurus' (Tauri?) :P
ReplyDeleteI was going to leave a summary of my experiences with various spiritual practices, however I will give this a go and if anyone cares I'll keep them updated. I've had some wonderful meditation experiences so It couldn't hurt. Someone's gotta take point and test things out
Here are three links worth checking out:
The Ice Man and Mr. Wiltshire are legit, ones determination and showing what meditation can do for the human body. Others are just born with unimaginable gifts

I care most about the National Geographic article about the DMT experience. There's still interesting information presented. Sorry naysayers, from Redwoods to Deep Sea footage of penguins at depths that would crush the human body, NatGeo doesn't play games

This is more medical, but still quite amazing when you think about the fact that these are regenerative cells that came from a human. Ideologies aside, these should be public property
http://blogs.marketwatch.com/healthmatters/2010/04/29/the-dramatic-legacy-of-one-womans-immortal-cells/
This last one is about individuals with Superhuman abilities, yes you read that right. Again, some are just predisposed to it, some spend untold hours with training, proving how powerful our minds are.

I closing in what should be a short comment, I'm the type to call out the gorilla. Yes we are all having a discussion about the possibility that humans can become 'Süperhuman', so yes there has to be super amounts of evidence. Well there you go, more than enough examples to at least open you minds to the possibilities, and amazing things that happen in the vast world that we just aren't aware of. Do you all realize the pineal gland contains similar rod and cone cells like our eyes? And regenerative cells that could end all ailments? :D
The implications are amazing in of itself, but myths do come from somewhere. For the religious or semi religious you know of the fantastic events, feats, and miracles in your respective texts. For the (non)scientific atheists or agnostics, science is making huge breakthroughs in so many fields
including engineering, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and of course theoretical and particle physics. I mean, becoming close to unraveling reality? We are literally breaking barriers that some of our ancestors wouldn't have imagined or had the rational mind to dare (obviously not talking about the Egyptians, Myans, Stonehenge, or other advanced civilizations, but you get the idea).
ReplyDeleteI know there are some spelling and grammatical errors. Oh well get a word warrant and sue me, I've been up since 7:00 yesterday and work starts in about 12 hours. The sun rises shortly so I must get some sleep :)
goodnight, and good searching my friends
I want to try this ,but what if I do it wrong and lose my eye sight
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this is actually true
ReplyDeleteever notice how easy it is to look right at the sun while rising and setting? if it hurts your eyes stop, they aren't suggesting you stare at the sun when its at its brightest.
