  2. Number 6 - Lake Reflection, Mt. Rainier is actually one of the Cathedral Lakes with Cathedral Peak behind it in Yosemite National Park, Ca.

I think it's really hard (and pointless) to talk about "most beautiful" lakes, since any natural lake is very very beautiful so it is logical that there can hardly be only 10, since almost every country in this world has at least one, that is at least as beautiful and spectacular as the other 200 (or so).

    And You picture of Plitvice lakes doesn't make them justice at all :). I've been there and it's a really really special place to walk around.
