New Ruling Finds Marijuana To Be The Most Medicinal Plant In The World

More than a dozen U.S. states have now completely decriminalized the act of possessing marijuana and both Colorado and Washington have made it legal to possess, sell, transport and cultivate the plant. But soon it may be legalized across the entire country following a decision Thursday by the federal government.
In a historic and significant moment in American history, last November, Colorado became the first US state to legalize marijuana for recreational use. The impact of the decision could soon ripple across the entire country with vast opportunities to educate millions on the top health benefits of marijuana.
With the passage of I-502 in the 2012 Washington State election, marijuana also became legal in Washington–not just for medical use, but also for recreational use–and Alaska, California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, and Vermont have all decriminalized marijuana.
Consumption and sale of marijuana is still illegal in all other states, though some cities and towns have passed local laws decriminalizing it or making it a low priority for law enforcement officers.
There are also movements in many states to legalize pot, including legalization bills introduced in many other states.
For other states to mimic the systems in Colorado and Washington, they will first have to get legalization laws on their ballots or in their state houses, which could post a challenge, he said.
After Washington state and Colorado passed laws in November 2012 legalizing the consumption and sale of marijuana for adults over 18, lawmakers in both states waited to see whether the federal government would continue to prosecute pot crimes under federal statutes in their states.
Both Colorado and Washington have been working to set up regulatory systems in order to license and tax marijuana growers and retail sellers, but have been wary of whether federal prosecutors would come after them for doing so. They are the first states to legalize pot, and therefore to go through the process of trying to set up a regulatory system.
Ruling Signals The End is Near For Marijuana Prohibition
Last Thursday, the Department of Justice announced that it would not prosecute marijuana crimes that were legal under state law, a move that could signal the end of the country’s longtime prohibition on pot is nearing. “It certainly appears to be potentially the beginning of the end,” said Paul Armantano, deputy director of the pot lobby group NORML.
The memo sent to states Thursday by the DOJ said that as long as states set up comprehensive regulations governing marijuana, there would be no need for the federal government to step in, a decision that will save the Justice Department from having to use its limited resources on prosecuting individuals for growing or smoking marijuana.

“This memo appears to be sending the message to states regarding marijuana prohibition that is a recognition that a majority of the public and in some states majority of lawmakers no longer want to continue down the road of illegal cannabis, and would rather experiment with different regulatory schemes of license and retail sale of cannabis,” Armantano said.
In 2011 the federal government decreed that marijuana had no accepted medical use use and should remain classified as a highly dangerous drug like heroin. Accepting and promoting the powerful health benefits of marijuana would instantly cut huge profits geared towards cancer treatment and the U.S. would have to admit it imprisons the population for no cause. Nearly half of all drug arrests in the United States are for marijuana.
According to MarijuanaNews.com editor Richard Cowan, the answer is because it is a threat to cannabis prohibition “…there really is massive proof that the suppression of medical cannabis represents the greatest failure of the institutions of a free society, medicine, journalism, science, and our fundamental values,” Cowan notes.
While Colorado and Washington have not yet set up their regulatory systems, both states will likely sell licenses to farmers who want to grow marijuana as well as to manufacturing plants and retail sellers. The marijuana will also likely be taxed at each stage of its growth, processing, and sale.
“In both Colorado and Washington, legalization was done by citizens with no participation by elected representatives until they had to pass laws to comply with the initiative. In other initiative states I would expect such measures – I would expect a new one in California, for instance – and roughly half the states permit this and the rest don’t.
“In the states that do have initiatives I expect efforts to get it on the ballot. The other half it will be much tougher. It’s hard to get elected representatives to do this,” Collins said.
Armantano is more optimistic about the spread of legalized pot. He compared the DOJ’s announcement to the federal government’s actions toward the end of alcohol prohibition in America a century ago, when states decided to stop following the federal ban on alcohol sales and the federal government said it would not step in and prosecute crimes.
“For first time we now have clear message from fed government saying they will not stand in way of states that wish to implement alternative regulatory schemes in lieu of federal prohibition,” Armantano said.
He predicted that within the next one to three years, five or six other states may join Colorado and Washington in legalizing the drug, setting the stage for the rest of the country to follow.
The Age of Deception is Ending
In 2003, the U.S. Government as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services filed for, and was awarded a patent on cannabinoids. The reason? Because research into cannabinoids allowed pharmaceutical companies to acquire practical knowledge on one of the most powerful antioxidants and neuroprotectants known to the natural world.
The U.S. Patent 6630507 was specifically initiated when researchers found that cannabinoids had specific antioxidant properties making them useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and HIV dementia. Nonpsychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidoil, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention.
Besides the top 10 health benefits below, findings published in the journalPLoS ONE, researchers have now have now discovered that marijuana-like chemicals trigger receptors on human immune cells that can directly inhibit a type of human immuno-deficiency virus (HIV) found in late-stage AIDS.
Recent studies have even shown it to be an effective atypical anti-psychotic in treating schizophrenia, a disease many other studies have inconsistently found it causing.

Top 10 Health Benefits of Marijuana
1. Cancer
Cannabinoids, the active components of marijuana, inhibit tumor growth in laboratory animals and also kill cancer cells. Western governments have known this for a long time yet they continued to suppress the information so that cannabis prohibition and the profits generated by the drug industry proliferated.
THC that targets cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 is similar in function to endocannabinoids, which are cannabinoids that are naturally produced in the body and activate these receptors. The researchers suggest that THC or other designer agents that activate these receptors might be used in a targeted fashion to treat lung cancer.
2. Tourette’s Syndrome
Tourette’s syndrome is a neurological condition characterized by uncontrollable facial grimaces, tics, and involuntary grunts, snorts and shouts.
Dr. Kirsten Mueller-Vahl of the Hanover Medical College in Germany led a team that investigated the effects of chemicals called cannabinols in 12 adult Tourette’s patients. A single dose of the cannabinol produced a significant reduction in symptoms for several hours compared to placebo, the researchers reported.
3. Seizures
Marijuana is a muscle relaxant and has “antispasmodic” qualities that have proven to be a very effective treatment for seizures. There are actually countless cases of people suffering from seizures that have only been able to function better through the use of marijuana.
4. Migraines
Since medicinal marijuana was legalized in California, doctors have reported that they have been able to treat more than 300,000 cases of migraines that conventional medicine couldn’t through marijuana.
5. Glaucoma
Marijuana’s treatment of glaucoma has been one of the best documented. There isn’t a single valid study that exists that disproves marijuana’s very powerful and popular effects on glaucoma patients.
6. Multiple Sclerosis
Marijuana’s effects on multiple sclerosis patients became better documented when former talk-show host, Montel Williams began to use pot to treat his MS. Marijuana works to stop the neurological effects and muscle spasms that come from the fatal disease.
7. ADD and ADHD
A well documented USC study done about a year ago showed that marijuana is not only a perfect alternative for Ritalin but treats the disorder without any of the negative side effects of the pharmaceutical.
8. IBS and Crohn’s
Marijuana has shown that it can help with symptoms of the chronic diseases as it stops nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
9. Alzheimer’s
Despite what you may have heard about marijuana’s effects on the brain, the Scripps Institute, in 2006, proved that the THC found in marijuana works to prevent Alzheimer’s by blocking the deposits in the brain that cause the disease.
10. Premenstrual Syndrome
Just like marijuana is used to treat IBS, it can be used to treat the cramps and discomfort that causes PMS symptoms. Using marijuana for PMS actually goes all the way back to Queen Victoria.
Mounting Evidence Suggests Raw Cannabis is Best
Cannabinoids can prevent cancer, reduce heart attacks by 66% and insulin dependent diabetes by 58%. Cannabis clinician Dr. William Courtney recommends drinking 4 – 8 ounces of raw flower and leaf juice from any Hemp plant, 5 mg of Cannabidiol (CBD) per kg of body weight, a salad of Hemp seed sprouts and 50 mg of THC taken in 5 daily doses.
Why raw? Heat destroys certain enzymes and nutrients in plants. Incorporating raw cannabis allows for a greater availability of those elements. Those who require large amounts of cannabinoids without the psychoactive effects need to look no further than raw cannabis. In this capacity, it can be used at 60 times more tolerance than if it were heated.
Raw cannabis is considered by many experts as a dietary essential. As a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, raw cannabis may be right u there with garlic and tumeric.

Makes us look like morons; and ease up on the language, is she not allowed to speak her mind freely without ridicule?

He is correct though, it is only meant to be a temporary release of pain and discomfort. Although it does inhibit tumor growth, it is not a cure. But then again, it is absolutely better/healthier than any manufactured, chemically produced pill. And it reduces pain more efficiently, and has no serious addictive side effects.

    1. excuse me but I personally know 4 people who had cancer, refused conventional treatment, used cannabis and are now cured. Everybody knows that chemo kills good cells as well as bad and eventually kills the whole body.
Why is it ok for this woman to "speak her mind" and be rude and arrogant about it but no body else can reply in the same manner? A little one sided on the opinion there buddy.
So many have misconceptions about cannabis, and these negative opinions just spur that misconception on to create more propaganda. Educate, educate, educate before you judge and spew falsehoods.

    3. Actually, it makes sense that cannabis would be effective in treating ADD and ADHD. Dopamine deficiency is believed by many doctors to be one of the main suspects behind the symptoms of ADD and ADHD, so consuming chemicals that stimulate a greater dopamine release would probably quell the symptoms. I can personally say that I have had success managing my ADD symptoms with cannabis. I'm a software developer and I started consuming some marijuana every day before work, and sometimes at lunch, as I found that it helped me to focus on one thing at a time. The difference, on days when I have no weed, are definitely noticeable. I prefer this method of self medicating greatly over the extremely high doses of Adderall that the doctor had me on through high school and for the first two years of college, which would make my heart race and cause blood circulation issues that made it so I couldn't maintain a full erection when I was on the stuff.

    4. Here is one of several studies that I came across when I was exploring the idea of using weed for my ADD: http://www.davidbearmanmd.com/docs/ADHD1.pdf

    5. My aunt has ADHD--she's suffered from it her entire life. And she's always smoked marijuana to keep it under control. She went to the doctor and he was amazed by her progress. He said "I don't know what it is that you're doing but whatever it is, keep it up." She finally told him that she'd been using marijuana and he wholeheartedly agreed that she should continue to use it and NEVER prescribed her any pharmaceutical alternatives.

      BOOYAH.

      Delete
    6. I can also personally testify that cannabis has helped me manage my undiagnosed ADD as an adult. The calming effect on my brain allows me to organize my chaotic thoughts and make sense of life. Anytime I have a complex situation or need to be inventive to solve a problem, I first medicate heavily, then brainstorm my ass off. This technique has helped me in all aspects of my life, even kept me out of jail :-)

      Delete
    7. first and foremost we must understand WHY there is so much ADD and ADHD these days. I suspect most of it stems from giving kids, too much sugar, caffeine, and certain food dyes. many times I have seen a mother put tea, or pop in a bottle for a toddler, then wonder why the kid is bouncing off the walls , throwing tantrums and difficult to control. Cut those out and see how the kid behaves after that. I do believe that cannabis is effective in treating these conditions, it helps to slow them down enough to concentrate and stay focused. My son is a prime example, he was on Ritalin as a child, it did nothing for him but make him a zombie, it didn't improve anything. Cannabis has helped him with his adult ADD.

      Delete
    8. ADHD is not an actual "disease". It is only a theory, and a grossly over-diagnosed one at that. Why? Because big pharm and doctors are making major bank off of prescribing pills to children and adults that basically make them zombies. I would probably be medically diagnosed with that crap today. However, I'm just really bored. I'd rather smoke a bowl than pop one of those pills anyway.

      Delete
    9. ADHD is usually just a tag they give to uncontrollable children, probably more often than not because of a lack of decent parenting.

That aside, only 4% of the entire population actually have ADHD. There's nothing wrong with it though, I consider it more as a personality trait.

Fact of the matter is, Ritalin (for me, personally) did help with my concentration, but it also gave me trouble sleeping, and my appetite was often completely gone. On the other hand there's cannabis, where I would enter a state of hyperfocus much easier, and needless to say I didn't have any of the problems I mentioned before.

I honestly think this is good news. At least it's alot better than getting fined for €75 for every joint you carry with you (which is happening right now in some parts of Belgium)

  8. Are you serious about what you are saying? Cancer is not a fungus. Cancer is a crowd of your own cells that uncontrollably reproduces more cells. THC seems to trigger the cancer cells to commit suicide whereas healthy cells don't get affected.

  9. "Cannabis vs. Climate Change"

    1. Cannabis is the only common seed that contains all of the nutritionally essential fatty acids in proper proportion for long-term consumption. Cannabis seed also contains all of the essential amino acids in meaningful quantities, and is the best available source of organic vegetable protein on Earth. In addition, raw, whole hemp nutrition provides other nutritionally essential nutriceutical components
including safe and health-protective, non-psychoactive cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, chlorophyll, important trace minerals & vitamins, antioxidants and dietary fiber.

    2. Cannabis is the only agricultural resource that produces complete nutrition and sustainable biofuels from the same harvest. Unlike other energy crops, growing hemp to make biofuels does not induce food insecurity and malnutrition; nor does hemp farming deplete the soil. In fact, hemp agriculture improves the soil in several critically important ways at the same time it increase food security and improves nutrition.

    3. Solar UV-B radiation reaching the surface of the planet is increasing because concentrations of reflective atmospheric aerosols have plummeted in the past fifty years. Cannabis is the only agricultural crop that produces the atmospheric aerosol monoterpenes in the enormous quantities needed, in the time we may have left to make a difference. Before systemic collapse of Earth's environment, economics and the human social order become irreversible, it is immediately necessary to replace atmospheric monoterpenes that have been lost with the catastrophic death of the boreal forests and oceanic phytoplankton, that have historically fortified Earth's atmosphere against the Sun. Fifty percent of the boreal forests are dead. Forty percent of the phytoplankton are gone. The stratospheric "sunscreen layer" that used to shield the surface of the planet against incoming solar UV-B radiation is being further degraded by continued logging at the estimated rate of five acres per minute. Extreme UV-B radiation in the Southern Hemisphere continues to reduce phytoplankton levels that serve as the basis for the marine food chain.

    4. Cannabis is capable of sequestering nine tons of carbon from the atmosphere, per acre per year. The Rodale Institute estimates that organic soil sequesters two to three tons of carbon per acre, offering a total sequestration potential of twelve tons per acre of hemp grown to produce food and fuel.

Of primary immediate global concern is the fact that increasing UV-Broiling of the Earth is resulting in the increased solubility of aqueous mercury, arsenic and selenium compounds, undermining the health of every creature on Earth. In addition, increased UV-B causes immune suppression, genetic mutation, abnormal cell growth, reduced harvests, indicator species extinction, extreme weather, accelerated materials degeneration and more.

In the report entitled "Mercury: Time to Act 2013" published by the United Nations Environment Programme in January 2013, it is stated that tissue concentrations of mercury in Cetaceans living at the Arctic had levels of toxicity in excess of what the ambient mercury concentrations would indicate. This implicates UV-B as an unregarded factor in determining availability of aqueous mercury as a factor of grave global significance.

Please join with me in recognizing the time-critical opportunity to implement crucially important, time-limited solutions to otherwise insurmountable problems threatening us all with global extinction.

  13. I'm from the UK and something I have had trouble getting my head around for years is this;
Cigarettes are classed as addictive as heroine with the tobacco coming from a plant and is undeniably known to have absolutely NO HEALTH BENEFITS what so ever. The government (here at least) hike the taxes from which a large portion goes to the NHS which then spends multi millions every year treating people for smoking related diseases.
The same goes for alcohol, can become highly addictive and causes several health problems which the NHS also spend multi millions a year treating for people who have developed health problems due to their amount of consumption and the saddest part still is people with alcohol related problems are getting younger and younger, I've read several articles of people having health complications before they even reach the age of 18, the legal age to purchase alcohol in the UK!

Cannabis however is illegal here and I've only ever heard of one or two people who have been treated for something called cannabis psychosis. Despite these people (who I know personally) taking copious amounts of other mind altering substances, I do not accept the diagnosis of cannabis psychosis being an accurate one (i.e. a friend was diagnosed with such but it was later found that he reacted, almost like an allergy, to anything amphetamine based - for me, 2+2 does equal 4, not 'have you had a smoke?', 'that's your problem then').

Cannabis has been known for years and years to have several health benefits and I cannot personally wrap my head around why our government want admit it has been wrong all these years and legalize it. I don't mean to the point where it's absolutely fine to pop over to my local dealer and by deals from him or her, but legalize it and have sell it.

I would much rather pay for some purposely grown quality stuff which is clean and hasn't had some DIY'ers mix what they like with the soil to try and improve their crop and yield - Proper stuff grown correctly, dried properly and taxed, just like the tobacco and alcohol industry (but hopefully at a lesser rate).

This will accomplish two immediate things (in my mind) - more money for the country and less dealers. Who would still go to see Joe Bloggs for crap when you can buy it from a licensed premises, and it be of better standard. It could be further set up so that people could grow their own, as many people brew their own alcoholic beverages. This being the case, and the extra income from cannabis sales, jobs could be created to inspect people registered as growing their own, not only to ensure they are not adding crap to the crop, but to ensure that they are getting the best out of their equipment and the best quality from their crop.

The possibilities are endless not to mention the masses of money that each A&E department would save through alcohol related violence incidents. I mean, how many people have you heard of who have got stoned, had a disagreement over the PS3 and who ate the most wine gums (something pathetic in other words) then one slapped the other with a bag of bud and had to attend A&E for treatment as apposed to two piss heads getting their wires crossed, getting into a brawl, taking it to far, glassing each other and ending up with some nice stitches and a scar to match, or stepped on broken glass and sliced through their foot???

    Exactly!

  15. All well and good and I do recognize that marijuana is a great alternative to alcohol and hard drug abuse. My concern lies with the American people's standard of living. If marijuana consumption were legalized nationwide, controlled substance or not, I would wager unemployment would vastly increase. Why would people be motivated to go to work and earn an honest living when they could just sit around the house on welfare and food stamps and get high all day? It already happens with alcoholics and burnouts. Don't get me wrong, I know first hand that this isn't the case with all pot smokers. I know a few who work hard and make something of themselves so there are exceptions but for the most part marijuana makes people lazy, unmmotivated, and aloof.
Another point to consider is if it were legalized, how long until people decide that cocaine ain't all that bad and fight to legalize it? How about we legalize shrooms next, they're fun. While we're at it let's start selling prescription meds over the counter so everyone can enjoy their benefits. See the pattern here? It's true that marijuana isn't all bad but taking that first step is a dangerous precedent.
Pot is very affordable and very easy to find as things stand. Let those willing to take such a minimal risk enjoy the benefits and accept the consequences of their actions should they get caught. It is a working system already in effect.

    1. You lost me at "Why would people be motivated to go to work and earn an honest living when they could just sit around the house on welfare and food stamps". Your problem is with welfare and food stamps. It is a basic human right to be lazy. It is not a human right to compel others to pay your way if you choose to be lazy. Go after the welfare state and quit saying everyone should be punished because one guy wants to game the system. I can tell you right now that if they were able to eliminate all marijuana users that none of these buildings would have roofs and there wouldn't be any new buildings or roads. They were all built by a bunch of people that smoke a lot of marijuana. I'm serious about this . . .

      Delete
    2. There have actually been studies that prove that the psilocybin in shrooms increases ones mood and helps with the highly negative effects of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They, like painkillers, don't completely get rid of the issue. However, it makes it easier to cope with.

And saying " how long until people decide that cocaine ain't all that bad and fight to legalize it?" is just ignorant. We've already outlawed it after it had been used as an anesthetic for years because of the negative effects on the brain and psyche. Whereas, marijuana has been proven to be less harmful than walking over a freeway overpass.

Also, this "working system" as you like to call it puts about 750,000 people in jails/prisons yearly for marijuana related offenses. It also costs approximately one billion dollars a year to incarcerate the people arrested for marijuana use. So tell me, why pay the one billion dollars a year for a drug that has positive medical effects and is safer than the pills that people shovel down their throat for pain, anxiety, stress-related disorders, and many many more.

Here is an excerpt from a letter written On August 14, 1970, by the Assistant Secretary of Health, Dr. Roger O. Egeberg, recommending that the plant, marijuana, be classified as a schedule 1 substance, "Since there is still a considerable void in our knowledge of the plant and effects of the active drug contained in it, our recommendation is that marijuana be retained within schedule 1 at least until the completion of certain studies now underway to resolve the issue."

Many of the studies weren't completed.

Please if you still believe that marijuana shouldn't be legalized please go to the link below.

The damage drunks do in their cars, many innocent people killed by selfish drunks who are not able to be, without a drink inside them. I know many cannabis users but none of them lay around on the couch all day stoned and on welfare. Many even own their own businesses, including myself. Even those of us that are on disability, and smoke cannabis everyday get out and work where and when they can, and stay busy. It is more the drinkers who lay out of work, drink and lay on the couch all day, and live off welfare. It is the drinkers who have the most absenteeism and inability to keep up the pace all day,or produce a quality product. Cannabis users wake up alert and focused, no hang over, they go to work everyday and give 100% on the job as well as at home. We work everyday, keep our homes clean, raise decent children, have friends, & treat others with respect Drinkers , get stupid, fight, get violent, puke all over, piss and shit their pants or just go where ever they happen to be, regardless of whose watching or where they are, have debilitating hang overs, abuse their spouses and children, and believe it or not some get disability for their alcohol abuse. When you smoke or eat cannabis you maintain control of your facilities , no violence, no stupidity (other than just a healthy sense of humor)we have a great sense of responsibility to take care of our families, homes and jobs.

    6. Where do your facts and data come from to make statements like how Pot makes people lazy etc? Maybe you only know people who smoke that fit your description because many that smoke don't fit your Cheech and Chong stereotype. They actually do work but many hold other goals other than becoming rich, and profiting from the suffering of others.

  17. Cancer ain't a fungus ffs lol.

Cannabinoids meet with the cancerous cells receptors and induce the cell to produce a chemical called ceramide which then programs cell death, simples.

  18. Hmmm....to compare marijuana to cocaine or shrooms shows how completely uneducated you actually are. Tell me how many overdose cases you have heard of from marijuana? hmmm none you say... now how about cocaine or prescription medication... If you actually read the article, you would have noticed that the main point of it is to show the MEDICAL benefits of marijuana...but I suppose you, being the closed minded person you appear to be, would rather everyone just stay on prescription medications, never mind there many side affects and frequent in adequate results...

To the ones who are so quick to judge without being informed, watch this CNN documentary special called 'Weed' that Dr. Sanjay Gupta did on the controversy affects of marijuana....its 43 minutes, but so powerful, Dr. Gupta has been quoted as saying that he's been wrong all this time to wrongly judge marijuana just because society told him it was wrong.

Actually, its a great documentary for even those who already know the benefits of marijuana

Has everyone forgotten that the last time the Obama administration made a similar announcement regarding the prosecution of patients and caregivers who comply with state law that it was merely a prelude to an escalation of prosecution? I think they raided the largest dispensary in Fresno or Bakersfield or somewhere in the central valley, that same day! And in the months that followed sent letters to landlords threatening forfeiture, busted dispensaries everywhere, threatened state officials with arrest if they in any way aided the implementation of their state laws, etc, etc, etc! Anybody ever heard of the Trojan horse?

Marijuana does many things for you depending on how you take it - when ingested it will naturally adjust your metabolic rate - I lost 65 lbs in 3-4 months ingesting weed infused in olive oil - No diet or working out. My hair was gray on the side of my head - It turned back to its original color - plus I was losing my hair getting thin on top - my hair grew back! Its amazing medicine - now I know why it was illegal all this time - it would put the medical industry out of business - thats just one industry it would hurt!

  26. Wow, this should top the top ten most ignorant internet comments about cancer. Fungus? No. It's mutation in cell replication. If the cells aren't disposed of they replicate again and again. Eventually this will overwhelm the immune system and the cancer grows/spreads. Marijuana promotes apoptosis which basically causes the cancer cells to eat themselves and die. This allows the immune system to "catch up" and remove the dead cancer cells.

So just think. The state will use regulation to create a database of users, then confiscate their guns because they will be breaking the law.
Are they decriminalizing marijuana or did they just find another way to get peoples guns?

  33. So glad that the prohibition is ending for marijuana . People say they relax when they drink a beer or have a glass of wine. Does beer or any alcohol cure any diseases or illnesses ? NO, so why can't people smoke marijuana to relax as well. I have noticed some of the one's who are so dead set about not legalizing marijuana are the same one's who love their alcohol. I feel like freedom is what we all need. Legalize marijuana and take it out of the drug category altogether. It does not belong there. It would be just as wrong to put caffeine in that same category.

I'm 22 years old and I am currently being denied by little decent paying call centers because of this one conviction, and hardly any jobs will hire you with this conviction for marijuana that I am finding out first hand. It gets worst. Now I am currently on CPS and they took my child which is 2 years old and don't allow me to see him at all or for him to live with me because I came out dirty on my drug test for only marijuana. No matter how hard I hit these Ignorant people in Texas with facts from around the country they treat me like a criminal. Then i wont do anything, besides smoking and working. We may not forget consumption destroys peoples, theyr minds and our planet. I think it's just a trick to mute a lot of people who know we need to change. It will take more than a generation to be ass close to change as we are now. When the time is there, they will pull another trick on us or our next generation.

  42. Actually, it is true about cancer and fungus. Doug Kaufman, of "Know the Cause" has done research on this as well. Sugar feeds cancer. What makes bread rise? fungus! Candida...sugars, simple starches convert to sugar, feeding fungus and cancers. In the 1930's medical scientists couldn't determine the difference betwen a cancer cell and a fungus cell. Dr Simoncini,MD a oncologist from Italy, has also discerned this. Tumors are white, hard masses, that also emplode when injected with sodium bicarb...super alkalzing the tissues, causing the tumor cells to emplode and die. Alkalizing the body also destroys cancer cells. Dr Otto Warburg in the late 30's early 40's also said that alkalizing and oxgenating the body will destroy cancer cells, as they cannot survive in an alkaline environment. John Hopkins Cancer Institute also has published in their journal that a mostly raw vegetarian diet, no meat or dairy, is more impactful in eliminating cancer than chemo and radiation. If you wish to go another understanding...the Bible in Genesis 1:29 tells us what to eat. The movie Run From the Cure, also sues cannabis extract, and recommends a vegetarian diet. take your pick and have your choice. The knowledge is there and has been for a long time, but not passed on to the rest of the people or doctors....for one purpose and one only....wellness doesn't make money for the pharmaceutical drug cartels or AMA or FDA ot medical community at large. OUr paradigm of nutritional understanding is not geared to health, but to the industries they support. Add the adulteration and destruction of our food sources by chemical giants, and it's a cancer waiting to happen...Vaccines have cancer cells in them to, along with formaldehyde, aluminium, mercury monkey viruses, and other virus contaminants that lie in our systems, and deteriorating our immune systems. Who will identify cancer developing years down line ( it take years to manifest large enough to be impactful on the body)from the vaccines being given? no one! And the pharmaceutical companies are legally allowed to not be accountible. Dr Hillman,MD, a vaccine researcher in the 50's and 60's identified many of these toxic elements in the polio vaccines and others coming down the line, but was given a gag order to not say anything. He did though, after retiring. Youtube has the interview. Cannabis has been scientifically proven to destroy cancer cells since the 1970's from U. W Virbinia, commissioned by Nixon. It made him so mad that he outlawed it. It later became a category I narcotic listed drug, only because of propaganda, lies and politics, not science. Hope this inspires you to do your own research...science is out there. Greenmedinfo.com, cannabis and cancer on google, others. Happy research to one and all.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Actually, Cannabis does act as a fungicide. I also believe that a fungus (specifically Candida Albicans, but there are most certainly others) is implicated in Cancer, as Dr. Simoncini has so well demonstrated. It makes sense, but only after you know a little bit about mushrooms. Why should humans be an exception to the rule of nature? Fungi will take care of what you are not taking care of! Just sayin'! Cannabis also acts as an anti-inflammatory, and eaten raw is a very powerful green. Kale is a powerful green too; Cannabis is like Kale but then with some key to our endocannabinoid system, which is I think the way that it is able to effect so many different cures. The endocannabinoid system is very present in our gut (the source-place of the immune system), in our bones, in our brain (of course) and in, our mother's milk, so that the therapeutic elements which the herb possesses are readily accessible and easily distributable, just like mothers milk to a baby.

My oldest son, who has neither of these, came to me once when we were going thru a very tough time with Tourettes and, thru the information & commo sense method of presenting it, he convinced me to "try" giving his brother marijuana to help calm him. It worked! Better than all of the meds the Dr's put him on....& he was able to "function"....he wasn't in "zombieland"! After seeing the results it had on him, we also gave it to my youngest son, the one who's ADHD....WOW!!!! He was actually able to slow down enough that he was able to have a normal conversation with people...for more than 2 minutes, he completed tasks that without it, would have been left unfinished & forgotten, & was (is) generally more productive, relaxed (people who are ADHD...CAN'T relax!!) &.....was FINALLY able to get & KEEP a job! By the way, both boys are & have been "prescription drug free" since! Legal or not....I will support them in their use of marijuana!

We are way to family oriented and way more moral than those other states to allow it". He then said "I should know, I've been arrested 24 times for it..., I'm all for it!" I replied. ,"There is nothing immoral about it, It's Gods' most wonderful, natural medicine...arresting People for using a harmless plant is not a moral stance, taking children away from mothers ,denying medicine to the sick and dying is not moral or family oriented...Alcohol Is legal.., is getting drunk and being an abusive wife beater, family oriented, or morally correct for Iowians? The governor has about as much power as potatoes chips in a hurricane on this being legal for Iowans. Once we reach a critical mass of half the states passing medical marijuana laws..., it will be legal for the entire country....( if he had been busted 24 times he would be in prison by now.) And that was before my 1st cup of coffee. That is why it is a drug war folks...if I could I'd have to fight 24- 7 just fighting the brain washed programming of the government physiological war they have inflicted on us.
